I performed and created the distinct talking guitar sound used for narration on the WhiteGoldIsWhiteGold Got Milk? website. To get the right sound, I developed custom software using Max/MSP. It was comprised of a vocoder, VST plugin support for my guitar, extra post effects and an audio recorder. The guitar you see in the pictures I built when I was 18 with a wood working mentor.

Honda Kiosk's
Interface Sound Design
I worked with Odopod to create sound effects for two Honda Kiosk's that are used in trade shows and show room floors. I constructed each sound to compliment the user actions and cues. Each sound was also designed to poke through the noise of these loud environments.

Interface Sound Design
I worked with sounds created by Richard Devine to help Odopod create an audio experience that matches the precise and bold user experience. Micro sound snipits from insects and gadgets were the driving force of inspiration for this project.

Lightning Audio
Composition: Synthesis & Samples
The project called for a ripping Drum N Bass track to accompany people being hung by hooks. This video was produced for the car audio company Lightning Audio to scare people at trade shows. Video editing and direction by John Mullins of Fuel Studios.
Nafregah
Band: Black Metal
Nafregah is a black metal band I helped start in 2006. I currently play drums and occasionally write guitar parts. We just finished an album and is available for a listen at our MySpace page.
I also created the logo. Nafregah means Never-Beast and I wanted that meaning to translate symbolically. Never is seen as the void at dead center and Beast is scene in the horns and tusks shaping the words.
Beat Replacer
Software: Max/MSP
I built this tool from the ground up for a client that needed specific control for replacing individual drums in audio mixes.
That BBC Feeling
Composition: Samples
This song was an exercise using the process called wavesteping, a friend Chris Kantor and I developed. It involves recycling and permutating chunks of sound just previously heard by hand.
Loon
Composition: Guitar
Inspired by the Hawaiian air, I sat on the porch all day arranging it, and finally recorded it that evening.
Clope-sures
Composition: Samples
A quick and fun composition utilizing the wavestep method of construction.
